赤ワインに合う一品お試しあれ。
材料
イカ塩辛
キノコ類(マッシュルーム、エリンギ、しいたけ、など)
オリーブオイル
ニンニク
鷹の爪(あれば)
エビ(あれば)
多めのオリーブオイルに、ニンニク、鷹の爪を火にかける。そしてキノコたっぷり投入(今回はマッシュルームとエリンギ)
イカ塩辛をのせて、もうちょっとグツグツして完成(写真はAtta Attaのバジル塩辛)
パンを添えて。濃厚な塩辛のコクが絶妙。
今までの塩辛は忘れてください。オシャレな料理に変身。
エビがある時は、エビを入れると豪華に〜!
