ホタルいか食べる時、大きなのが入ってると嬉しい私にとって、最高のサイズ感。
1匹丸ごとだから旨味がすごい。ボリュームあるお腹も食べ応えあり。食感が気になる背骨も愛らしい。
ちょい甘で癖も少なく食べやすいし、今年食べた塩辛で一番かも！？流行りそうな予感がする一品！
ちなみにこちらの塩辛は、以前にも紹介している熊本の内野海産のもの。間違いないブランドです。
