関東近郊にあるスーパー文化堂。豊洲のビバホームに行ったら隣りにあって初めて訪れました。初めて訪れるスーパーは楽しい。文化堂はお惣菜が充実。自社商品の塩辛もあり漏れなく購入。
大目に入っているこうじが引き出す適度な甘み。ゆずの爽やかな香り。何気にまあまあピリッとくる唐辛子。
また何言っても部位が大きくて食べ応えあり！楽しみが沢山詰まっている塩辛でした。ご飯が進みこれはファンも多いと思います。
関東近郊の方は是非。
